Scope of Service
We provide IT support and wireless smart home installation services based on my skills and experience. While we strive to solve a wide range of issues, not all problems may be within our scope. If something is beyond our expertise, we'll let you know and may refer you to another trusted professional.
Electrical Work
Please note: We are not electricians. All our smart home installations are wireless and require a stable wi-fi connection. Any electrical work involving rewiring, hardwired devices, or mains power must be carried out by a certified electrician.
We cannot install or modify electrical wiring, nor are we liable for any outcomes related to electrical tasks performed by others. If needed, we can recommend contacting a qualified local electrician.​
Remote Work
For complex Troubleshooting Tec Support issues, we offer secure remote access assistance with your prior permission. Remote support is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee, which will be confirmed beforehand.

Please note: We will only work on the issues you’ve approved beforehand. Before the session begins, please close any applications or windows that may contain personal, confidential, or sensitive information.
You remain in full control of your device at all times and may end the session whenever you choose. Remote support is conducted with transparency, and your privacy is always respected.
Communication & Appointments

We do not operate on weekends or public holidays unless a prior arrangement has been made.

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice of any reschedule or cancellation requests to your appointment to avoid a cancellation charge.

Privacy & Data Handling
We respect your privacy. Any personal or technical information shared during the course of our work—whether in person, over email, or during remote sessions—will be treated with care and confidentiality.
We do not store personal information or payment details, and we will never share your data with third parties. Remote access is granted only with your clear consent
Pricing, Quotes & Deposits
For bespoke Smart Home Automations and Smart Home Integration installation services, a consultation is required to get an understanding of your Smart Home needs before a quote is provided. Pricing will be discussed openly and agreed upon prior to commencing any work.
Liability & Third-Party Products/Services
We take great care in providing a professional and reliable service, but we are not responsible for any damage, data loss, or disruptions caused by pre-existing issues, third-party products, software, contractors or external services beyond our control.
